Dining
Mount Warning is blessed with good rainfall, a subtropical climate and rich volcanic soil, and the Uki area itself supports one of the most dense concentrations of organic farming in Australia.
We only use free-range eggs, organic chicken, free-range pork and sustainable fish, and favour fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers.
Breakfast
A generous breakfast is included in the tariff and includes juice, toast and homemade condiments, freshly brewed coffee or tea, and seasonal options.
The Winter 2010 Breakfast Menu includes:
Vegan big brekkie, with vegan hash browns, tomatoes, fried mushrooms & baked beans
French toast with sticky banana and cinnamon
Crispy shortcut bacon, happy hen eggs & herbed tomato
Warm and Fruity Porridge, w/ dried apricots, currants and golden syrup (Soy milk & organic honey on request)
An "On-the-Run" breakfast pack is available for early morning departures and those who intend to watch the sunrise from Mount Warning.
A compact, lightly-packaged high-carbohydrate breakfast (and lunch) is available for cyclists.
Dinner
Dinner is available with notice.

Guests may freely use the gas BBQ, generally located in the Pavilion or front deck.
You can provide all your own food or have us supplement your BBQ with salads or desserts.

The Breakfast Bar and Coffee Trolley is available for use by guests 24/7. Besides the usual tea and coffee making facilities, guests have access to a toaster, sandwich maker, crockery & cutlery.
