Deposit

A minimum 50% deposit (or $500 - whichever is the lesser) is required to confirm your booking.

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct deposit), Visa, MasterCard and bank cheques for deposit, and credit cards and cash for payment of balance on arrival.

Cancellation Policy & Conditions

Bookings cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival date are fully transferable or refundable, less $50 administration fee.
Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
For all bookings made through a booking service, the deposit is non-refundable.
2 night minimum stay during the Christmas/ New Year period, Easter and long weekends.
